Cannot do anything on this watch

I have a note 8 why isn't this watch working ? Guess it's going back to store

Please help us @Killinmesoftly the description of not working does not say much about the problem .

Has the Versa been setup to your fitbit account yet?

Your title implits that you having problems understanding the Versa, your post implies the tracker might need to be setup .

How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Set up and get started using your new device.
Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer meets all the requirements for getting started with your Fitbit device.

 

 

As for the Note 8, I don't see it on the list of known devices, however doing a search of the Android Forum it looks as if it should work . See the resuots by date, I see  one person having problems responding to notifications

May I ask what is not working about the watch?

Has it been setup to your account?

If not at what step does the setup process fail
