Hi! 
so I ordered a new band off of amazon and obviously want to put it on so I try to follow the instructions to get the original silicone bands off. Well, after a struggle I got one off, but I have been trying for 2 hours straight and CANNOT get the second one off. I’ve literally tried everything I can think of and whilst pulling the band it tore (had a teeny tear in it when I got it). Anyway just looking for some help honestly I cannot get the band off and I’m so frustrated over it!

Hi there @Anika128, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having a hard time switching your bands on your Versa. Thank you so much for your time and efforts while trying to switch them very carefully. 

If you are still having a hard time switching your wristbands, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?. We've added a video for you to see the steps in action.
