Hi there - brand new so please excuse if this is a stupid issue.  I just got new Fitbit Versa Lite and downloaded the app and created a password etc.  I then downloaded Fitbit Coach but when I try to login with my details it doesn't recognise them.  Can anyone help?  Many thanks

Do you get the option to sign up with Fitbit when you download the Fitbit Coach app or navigate to https://coach.fitbit.com/?
