Cannot open emails

I am receiving notifications of emails, but when I press open, I am sent back to the clock face and not able to read the entire email. How can I get to read the entire email?

I suggest looking at your phone @Drskhan the open command on the Versa opens your email program on the phone and then the email that you want to read.

I know that the "open" button on the Versa should open my emails on my phone, but this does NOT EVER happen. Nothing happens. Does anyone know why and if there's a fix for it? I receive the email notifications, I can open the notification to screen the first part of the email on my Versa, but if I press "open" with the arrow and phone icon beside it, the email does not open anywhere on my phone.
