The sync line goes to half way , syncs steps but won’t fully sync and register my sleep

have turned off versa, turned off Bluetooth, reinstalled Fitbit ap and it won’t sort

I'm experiencing the same issue with my Versa. Last full sync was Monday 27th, haven't been able to sync anything but steps since then.

I've tries restarting phone, shutting down Versa and reinstalling the fitbit app.

Same problems and attempts to resolve for both my wife's and my Versas. Our problems started on 25 May.

I'm having the same issues, will not sync the sleeping and calories and exercise functions.
