New Versa not receiving notifications

I have a brand new Versa that is not receiving notifications. I've searched through other threads with no luck. I've verified that notifications are on the watch itself (holding down the left button), notifications are on through the FitBit app (calls, texts, calendar), and watch is synced all day through bluetooth. I've also tried turning all notifications off, turning the watch and my phone off, and then starting through the three checkpoints listed above. I've also asked my phone to forget the device and started from all new installation/set up. DND and driving settings are off on my phone. The only other thing connected to my phone via bluetooth is my car, but my car is not connected during any of these setups as it is not within range. Help?

@k_pal welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not getting notifications. I appreciate the time you spent in making sure to restart your phone and watch and checking out that the Bluetooth is turned on.

 

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, check out this help article, which has a list of the supported devices.
