Cannot pair Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

With the continual problem of Versa suddenly changing to Exercises and messages with vibrating, having to reboot watch continually, decided to change watch face and now cannot connect to wi-fi. Bluetooth will not connect. Have been continually completing the following:

1. Rebooting or closing down watch.
2.  Reset to Factory Settings.
3.  Deleting Fitbit app and putting back on again.
4.  Turning Bluetooth off/on.
5.  Reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @mezza, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa since it won't connect with your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi Juan. I have tried each of these steps many times. The wi-fi (strong signal) cannot be found and therefore the device cannot connect by Bluetooth.  I have disconnected all other Bluetooth devices and it appears to be only my Versa which be found.
this problem only started when I decided to change my clock face.

Juan... I have read posts lately about this and it appears many other people have the same problem since downloading the update a few days ago.  Can this get looked into?
