I just recently got a new phone- Huawei P30 and  have tried everything possible so that I can receive message notifications and phone call notifications on my Versa. But nothing is working.  Can someone please help me try and figure this out. Or when an update will come out that will fix this issue.

That is not a supported device and notification issues are the most problematic when not on the list.

@melkrausher Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about the Huawei P30, my friend @SunsetRunner is correct. This device is not in the compatible devices list.

 

However, I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion, which requests compatibility with this mobile device. The more votes the request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.

Following, as I'm in the same boat.

 

Had initial issues with the P20 too but the folks on here solved that and it worked like a dream.

 

I got a free Huawei GT watch, so if there's no fix soon, I may hang swap to that and bin the versa which is a shame as I do like it!!
