Cannot remove Suica on Versa 3

I’ve already add Suica on my Versa 3. Unfortunately, Suica seems conflicted with iPASS card. I can’t use Suica in Japan. And the abnormal message of Suica always shown in Fitbit app.I’d like to remove Suica from my Versa 3.But there is always error message when I need to remove Suica. The support team told me to remove with the balance back. But there is still abnormal message shown when I tried to remove Suica. I don’t know how can I do now.

I updated Fitbit pay to google wallet in the morning. Unfortunately, my Mastercard and iPass are missing. There is only one useless Suica. I tried to see the Suica. It still cannot be used. And… there is no remove option. I don’t know if the error Suica let my credit card and i Pass disappear. Please help me. I cannot use any payment by my Versa3 now.
