Does anyone know how to reset the pin on the versa? I have tried clearing the wallet, i have tried uninstalling the wallet, but everytime it asks me to enter my current pin, which i have forgotten. Fitbit support don't seem to know either. They said to click on device lock setting in the app, so i tried that, but again it asks for my current pin. Is a factory reset the only way to do it? And would that even work? I do not want to do a factory reset, as last time i did that i had a lot of trouble getting it to work.

Hi @Fitro, good to see you around.
When you tap on device lock setting and it asks for your pin, try entering the same pin as you unlock your phone with. See if that lets you into the settings.
I would highly recommend against doing any factory reset or removing the device from your account, there is a possibility you will be completely locked out then.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I don't actually have a pin on my phone, I use fingerprint or pattern. I guess it's not too much of a big deal, but it means i can't use fitbit pay.

Ok, does yours not give you the option to unlock with fingerprint when you tap device lock? Mine shows the following in the image below. Which mobile device are you using?

No, it does not offer that option, although i do recall it doing that at one point. I'm not sure why it does not anymore. I think i uninstalled, then reinstalled the app.
