I recently purchased a Versa, and I have been unable to set up the Versa on my Windows 10 desktop. My computer is able to pair with the Versa through the Bluetooth settings, but when I tried to set up the tracker through the Fitbit App, I would get "An Issue occurred while pairing your tracker" after entering in the 4-digit code. So, I bought the USB dongle hoping to correct this issue, but I get the same error after entering int he 4-digit code. I have tried all the steps from the troubleshooting suggestions, restarting my computer and Versa, reinstalling the Fitbit app, factory resetting the Versa. Any other suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @Bearsfan159.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
