It's not on the Supported Devices list (neither is my Galaxy J3) so my guess is the phone doesn't have Quick Replies consistently because of that (mine doesn't have Quick Replies at all).

May I ask what model phone you have?  Right now, as I understand it, only some Android phones have the Quick Reply feature.
