There's a section in the heart rate called cardio fitness score but it doesn't say what your score actually is, only the range you are in. Is there a way to see the number score?

I appreciate you typing a response, but my goal is simply to learn what it currently is. Not make the range in which it's in more precise. Just looking for the current number. Where is that listed?

I guess we're not understanding each other. To me, that quote from 'Help' link means all that is known is a range, and you need to run with GPS to get an exact number. Maybe you read a different meaning.
For myself, if you really want an exact number rather than a range without doing the GPS runs, I would probably go with the number in the middle of the range, but without putting any faith in its being exact.
That's all I can offer. If you need a better answer, maybe someone else will jump in.

I went back into the app and clicked around I should have found this before. But there's a Q&A section called Can I see my cardio fitness score or level on my fitbit device, and that directs me to the actual watch with a series of swipes but does actually show it. Why that wouldn't just be on the home screen of where it says "See your fitness score" who knows. But thanks I got it.
