Hey, so I am a fairly active lady, and I was just curious about how Fitbit is calculating the cardio score against weight. I was looking through my stuff today and saw that an 10 lbs weight loss would improve my score. Although at my current weight I am 15% body fat, which seems like a good range for a mid 20s lady. Could you explain more how the score is calculated. And how it makes it reccomendations?
