Is they a way to change how the app looks on android, I've seen that some people have a blue background and mine is currently white?

Hi, yes this is possible, but only temporarily for the moment you choose it, it's optional. In the dasboard of your Fitbit App underneath the watch and account icons, you will see the "share" icon, press that and you will see your main stats as normally shown in the Fitbit app. Scroll down this page and press either the blue of black icon and you will seen your main stats/icons in the colors you mention/want. To get this possibility definitive, post your request here and vote for it.
