Anyone knows hown change the format on my versa from 12 hrs format to 24 hrs format?

There is a setting in your profile that let's you choose between 12 and 24 hour clocks. You can change yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

 

However, it's also possible that your selected clockface has its own setting or overrides your profile setting so it's best to check that too.
