Changed layout in Fitbit 3

Hi I used to be able to swipe down and click in an excercise and start but it's all changed...why did Fitbit change layout

Hi @Cornhill - do you have a Charge 3 or a Versa 3, as this is the forum for a Versa 3 and exercises are reached via a swipe left on that watch?

@Cornhill - try restarting your Watch

How do I restart it

@Cornhill - sync, then in the watch Settings menu you find Shutdown at the bottom.

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Also it is possible to move the launch app icons around. Press and hold and drag to where you want them, so you can customize as you want.

@Cornhill   I’m not sure how you got to the Exercise app by swiping down.  You swipe down to see your notifications.  The basic navigation on the Versa 3 hasn’t changed.

There is a link to the Versa 3 manual on your Fitbit app.  Tap on your profile picture > your Versa 3 tile > How to Use > scroll to the bottom of the page.
