I have never been able to change the band of my Versa watch with any of the bands I bought from Fitbit or Amazon. Will this problem be fixed by Fitbit? Or am I stuck with never being able to change the band on my Versa?

Hi @msouthw931 here are the directions for the Versa - click. See if that helps you. Are the bands authentic Fitbit ones? Some third party bands just aren't the same. Have you gotten with support to ask them? These are the community forums and we're users of the devices.

Hi. Thank you for the information. I have contacted support and received no support. I have looked at videos and other comments from wearers with the same problem. I like my watch. But I hate I wasted money on bands I can’t use. The bands are authentic. I bought them either directly from the Fitbit website or Amazon, a Fitbit seller, specific for Versa.
