Have you tried following the tips in this help file?

 

Also have you installed any 3rd party apps or watch faces? These can have an effect on battery life.

 

Finally it's worth giving your Versa a restart by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo).
