Issues when arranging Today screen.

So when I was attempting to put on my new bands for my Versa I rearranged the today screen. My steps are now above the battery and date. I can rearrange the other two but only underneath the battery. It won’t let me move the steps below the battery. Help!

Hello @micklet44. thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, then check if the Today screen has fixed itself.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Restarting my Fitbit didn’t fix it. Any other options?

Hello @micklet44, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have tried the troubleshooting steps I've provided earlier. At this moment I would like to ask you for a picture of how the Today screen got arranged on your Versa so I can check this further and provide more options. This will be very helpful.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

Hello,

was this ever fixed? I’m having the same problem but it’s my hourly steps that’s above the battery and date. I can’t rearrange it and resetting the Fitbit didn’t help

I'm not going to try to mess with my Today screen to try to reproduce this, because moving stuff on the Versa is HARD. But if it's really upsetting to you, you could do a Factory Reset and set the whole thing up from scratch. Just sync first, so you don't lose data. Factory Reset is in the Settings app under About.
