I got in a habit of charging my Charge 2 daily during a morning meeting. I am not sure if that is best practice even though it was very convenient.
There is no "standard" or "best". Since the battery is lithium-ion, there is no memory effect or problem with charging anywhere during the discharge cycle. I charge mine when it gets down around 15-20% and I am going to be inactive for an hour or two.
