Hi. I bought myself a fitbit versa today. I opened it, try to set it up whilst charging, but the battery when down and didn’t charge. i tried resetting, and another plug. now it doesn’t want to come on and the screen is completely off. any help please ?

Are you sure it's in the charger correctly and the electrodes are lines up?
