Ok, so I recently got a brand new versa sent to me from fit bit as a replacement. I put it on ther charge from it being completely flat and it goes to 6% but takes 1hour and 30 mins to get to that charge, after going back three hours later it has dropped to 3%! The battery is still flashing as if it is charging but it is losing charge? Brand new Fitbit and brand new charger! Please help!

Hi, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
