Fit bit versa won’t turn on

I’ve had a Fitbit versa for 3 months now and it has recently gone off and won’t turn back on and first the screen wouldn’t come on but the green lights at the black would flicker and could sync with my phone but after a few minutes it wouldn’t comunicate at all and the lights wouldn’t come on again if tried hard restarting it by holding all 3 buttons for 12 seconds and then releasing the bottom right and also tried holding all of them for 3 minutes and releasing the bottom right , I have also left it on charge for at lest 45 minutes but nothing has happened I have tried literally everything I can do and what I have found to do on the internet but still noting is happening with it , please help I really enjoy using it for the gym

Do a proper Restart and do it several times if necessary.

This just happened to me tonight too. Had my versa since November. The screen was sort of strange all day, sliding through the menu with out me touching it, etc. then it shut off and won’t come back on. Tried multiple resets and nothing. So bummed.

Hi. I'm afraid I have to advice you to do a Factory Reset. How to do that see this topic about performing a Factory Reset. Realize though that after this procedure, you will have to setup your Versa all over again with your mobile device, cause this procedure makes your Versa as a "brand new device".

I have also tried the factory reset a numerous of times and still nothing happening at all

Update- I contacted customer support. They walked me through some steps and are sending out a new one.
