Chip on screen

I just got the Versa today. When I took it out of the box, it fell and a chip appeared in the top left corner. Is this Fitbit really that fragile? I see now a ton of users concerned about the screen cracking. Is this a known issue that the company is going to address? Is there anything I can do to get a replacement or repair?

Hi @Angelahr I have been wearing my Versa for almost 2 years now with no cracks or chips. I am sorry you dropped yours, but doubt you will be able to get a replacement as it was accidental damage. However the only way to know is to ask, so try contacting Support (link in my signature). Screens are not repairable or replaceable.
