Cleaned pins now no screen

My 4 month old Versa has stopped keeping a charge for more than 4 hours. I read a few posts which said clean with alcohol. I did. Aftet, I saw 100% from charging, I got vertical lines. I reset. Lines. I charged again . Nothing but the green light on the back. I reset. Nothing

I'm afraid that's Fitbit's screen of death. You can try to discharge it completely and charge again, but any lines, flickering or black screen signals demise.

Do you know if fit bit does anything or am I stuck? This is ridiculous! I barely use the apps or functions and I jog about a mile a day. I definitely didn't overuse or abuse it.

I know some people had similar issue (though not after cleaning with alcohol) and they simply requested a replacement. At this point I think it's best to contact customer support for a new watch. 😔
