So this is what my clock face has been doing since 2:15pm today. I dont know how or why it has done this (twice so far). I have picked a different clock face and it too was just the graphics, no stats or watch. Help! I need a watch with a second hand for school/work that has the option to stay on 24/7 (this clock face is the best bc I can hit the lower left, corner and turn my face display off.).

Hello @HoodieQueen7, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @NellyG, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@HoodieQueen7, as @NellyG mentioned, it's possible the issue resides on the clock-face and not the Versa itself. However, if you have already changed your clock-face to a Fitbit one and you're still seeing the same, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, if you're still seeing the same, reply to us with the name of the clock-face you're using and another picture of what you're able to see.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

I think it is a problem with the clock face, not the Versa. Choose another face (preferably a fitbit one) and see if that stats work on that one.

I did that (as stated above) and had the same result.
