Hello,
For the last 2 weeks I've gotten a clock error message regardless of which clock face I use. None of my apps will load on the watch. When I reset the fitbit versa everything goes back to normal for about 1 minute and then I get the clock error OR I will not get the clock error but in both instances I cannot load any apps e.g. timer, alarm, pandora, starbucks, etc.
Also, I get notification that there is an update available and I have attempted several times to update the track via wifi and bluetooth. I've tried 3 different wifi networks (work, home, friend's home) and it cannot detect wifi or if it connects through bluetooth it cancels out after about 1/2 way through downloading. Every since this update popped up and I tried to update the fitbit versa I have gotten the clock error and app problems. I've tried to reset it several times and I'm at a loss. Any help is much appreciated.

What phone ate you using? It may be related to an only partially compatible phone.
