Hi, try to change your Clock Face to one of the Faces developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa after that 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo ans release the buttons. If that does nor solve the clock problem, you'll have to do a Factory Reset. Click the link and you will see all the info on how to do that and also all the info regarding setting your Versa up to your phone all over again as the Versa behaves after a FR as being a new watch. Good luck!!

Best AnswerResetting does not work. I reset my versa last night. Now all I get is the logo and the app can't find my versa in Bluetooth.
Best AnswerThank you!!!! I have spent so much time the past 2 days trying to get my Versa to work correctly after getting the clock error on the clock face that I have had for 8 months. I am so frustrated now that I just returned the fitbit scale I ordered...my next purchase will the Samsung Smart watch.
Best AnswerHi do you know if this would work for Inspire 2? Ive only had it for two weeks and it's displaying Clock Error continuously and i can't quite see the other screens.
