The clock face I bought some time ago has just disappeared. Before it did the Versa wasn’t counting steps. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, go to Clock Faces and press All Clocks and enter the name of the Clock you've bought. This shows you two things:
1. Install again, cause you payed for it
2. Update the clock.
If neither of these suggestions work, contact the Developer of the bought Clock Face.
