Clock face not showing

My versa data clock face is not registering any of my activity. But it seems to be collecting the data for the app.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I’ve just got my versa today from Santa and already the clock face isn’t showing when I tilt my wrist. It also can take four or five taps to get it to come on. Is there something in the settings I’m missing? Please help!
