I keep getting the same message as I try to download a new clock face. No matter which one I use, my watch keeps saying to go back to the Fitbit app and choose another one. As a result my Fitbit watch is not telling me the time and that was one of the reasons to get a Fitbit watch.

Have you tried any clock face 'by Fitbit'? These are usually the most reliable ones.

I've tried those too. The app on my phone says: can't install, try again later. My watch tells me to return to the app store and try another one. Thank you for your reply!
