Clock faces, app gallery and syncing issues still persist

So I see a note stating that all the issues have been resolved!  Well I decided to call customer service to verify to only be told that NO the issues have not been fixed & to ignore the message, he did inform that tech is still working at it, it should be up and running soon.  I hope

I see your post apologizing for the issues everyone is having with their new Versa's, but when is it going to be fixed!?  I keep having the same problems over and over again with Bluetooth and syncing.  I shouldn't have to continue turning on and off my Bluetooth.  And... problems with the apps.

Hello! I recently got my versa and I set everything up on the app and it’s all updated but for some reason my versa will show no settings or any of my installed apps. I go to settings and it only gives me tips and tricks and something else. I can not access any settings or any apps! Please help thanks

I have my iFrogz earbuds connected as a bluetooth device fory Versa. Music starts playing, but shortly start crackling/static. I can't even listen to an entire song. Any helpful suggestions?

I just bought my versa today,  trying to switch the face and it never switches. The bar just keeps loading on my phone after I hit select. Am I doing something wrong?

I have iFrogz earbuds too but my versa seems to not find it for bluetooth connection. How did you get yours to connect?
