I just got my versa lite this week and I am desperately trybgot upload a new watch face but the majority that I try have a pink pop up box that says I need the latest update on my device and iPhone to proceed, but the do have the latest update on both and I still can’t gain access to 95% of the faces. I’m so frustrated!!

Hi @Sammygirl12, welcome to the community.
What firmware version is your Versa Lite running, is it 35.70.7.14? You can find this by opening the Fitbit app on your phone - make sure the today tab is selected and tap on your profile picture (top left corner) - tap on Versa Lite - it should display the FW version at the top.
