ERROR. The clock faces that are for my versa will not load.

@Grgrjones62, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the clock faces issue that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa, I would like to know if they are 3rd party clock faces or if they are developed by Fitbit.
In the meantime, try restarting your watch as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face again and see if the issue gets fixed.
