I'm using The My Dog Timmy Clock face  from Fitbit Labs.  You're supposed to get 80% of your daily step goal to feed him enough that he'll stay with you the next day also, if not, he leaves you a note that he's gone to find more food.  My goal is 10,000 and the first day I didn't reach my 80% so the next day he was out all day.  The second day I reach 11,000 steps so he came back.  The 3rd day I reached 10,350 but he's gone again.  Does anyone know why?

Hi, reboot your Versa two times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. See it that solves your problem.

BTW, how is your battery life with a clock face of 6.25 mB in size? Mine is only 35 kB!!

Thanks!  I'll try this.  I usually put it on the charger while I'm in the shower and it charges back to about 98%.  It might be using about 2% more battery since I've changed the clock face but that's about all.  I'd been using the face that came on the watch, which was Layers.

Hi, thanks for info. I'm using now a clock face called "Minimal" with a size of only 8kB. Charged my Versa three days ago and, at this very moment, the battery % is 53%!
