Clocks app missing from versa

My wife and I both have the versa. Mine has the the "Clocks" app installed and visible on my watch. Hers does not have the app nor is it in her fitbit app on the phone. This means she is unable to save any clock faces to get device or in her app. Any advice on how she can get that app? It is not available when searched in "all apps" either... any help would be appreciated.

The Clocks app came with the latest OS update for the Versa 2 and Versa 2 Lite. See this firmware thread (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Fitbit-OS-4-1-Firmware-Release-70-7-14/m-p/393234...)

 

It is very likely that your wife has not yet received the update. She can check for other features that shipped with the update, such as seeing your sleep score directly on the watch.
