I've been trying to redownload the Coach app for my new Versa. However, it keeps failing to download. This is after the result of me deleting it because I was having the same problem with updating the app. I was hoping by doing a hard remove and redownload it would solve my problem. I was wrong. I've tried reconnecting WiFi and Bluetooth with no luck.

Since this issue I also can't sync my apps properly. Anyone else have this problem?

I’m having the same issue. I’ve had my Fitbit 1 day and I’ve googled about 600 issues I’ve had with it. Not very impressed at the minute.
I removed it, and just tried re-downloading it but it still just keeps trying to download (with the pink bar going from left to right). Eventually it asks if I want to continue because it didn’t download properly.
fitbit - I am seriously disappointed with the versa!! So many issues!! 😢
