Fitbit Versa not charging...

Hi there, I just received my bright new Versa tracker ... and it does not charge at all! I've tried all your troubleshooting instructions on charging, tried multiple USB ports ... the dock does not recognize any of them. On one USB port I am just receiving a message that the tracker does not charge because there is not enough source power ... on all other USB ports I've tried, it does not charge at all. It's such a beautiful product, but the fact that I just unpacked it and cannot use it is a huge frustration!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having battery issues, I recommend taking a look at help article Why isn't my battery charging? and follow the instructions provide there.

As I mentioned these are exactly the instructions that I followed. Since I unboxed it yesterday it is not charging at all. The charging dock never worked.
