Color wearing off after 7 weeks!!!

  • I bought my new Vera lite 7 weeks from Fitbit and loved it. Sadly about 4 weeks ago the color started coming off! I was shocked as I have had many other Fitbits and this was NEVER a problem. When I called the usual helpful customer service, they kept saying sorry. I am very frustrated and disappointed in the product and poor customer service I read today. If anyone at Fitbit can make this right my case number is ...

I contacted Support, as I don't have access to the case. I was told that they already provided you with a resolution. They provide the resolution based on the situation and your warranty status. If you have any question about it, you can always check our Warranty Guidelines or contact Support via Email. They'll be more than glad to explain everything about your case.
