Colorful vertical lines on screen

Hi. I got my versa back in December 2018 for a Christmas gift and have loved it so far, until yesterday afternoon at work when I went to check the time and only the top half of the watch screen lit up with information and a red vertical streak ran down the face. I then went to set an alarm, the entire screen lit up with colorful vertical lines. I immediately restarted it, but the problems remained. The full screen of colorful lines happens whenever I go to anything but the home screen and remain when I switch back to the home screen. And the red line and half-awake screen happen 9/10 times when I go to look at the time. I’ve had this less than a year and haven’t done anything differently in the last few days that should have made this happen. I have never dropped or submerged it, and I charge it regularly. Please help!

Hi! I posted this yesterday, and called today. The support team was extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot and has arranged to send me a new watch face under the warranty! I have never dealt with such great and speedy customer service when dealing with something like this through other companies. Thank you so much, Fitbit!
