Come alive sensitivity

When I get notifications I have to tap the screen really hard to get it to come alive. Vigorous flicks of my wrist doesn't do it most the time. My setting is on auto. Ive already checked that. Is there a qay to make it more sensitive to motion?

Hi, try rebooting your Versa two times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not do the trick, you can also press the left button to wake up your device.
