Very frustrated customer here. After using the Blaze for two years on my Android phone, I lost the Tracker. I just last week decided it was gone for good, and bought a new Blaze. I spent three days trying to synch it, and finally gave up and returned the Blaze. I then bought a Versa light. Well, turns out it is not compatible with my phone, Kindle, or MacBook. What is going on, Fitbit? The forums seem full of people having the same problem with all kinds of phones. I cannot find an Android phone that's guaranteed to work with a Fitbit. I tested my son's Samsung Galaxy 10 and it synched, but notifications will not come through. Can you tell me which Android phone I can upgrade to that will actually work? If you can't, I'm just going to return the Versa and be done with Fitbit. Terrible experience.

Thank you for purchasing Fitbit products. I regret to hear that you are having difficulties to receive notifications and sync your Fitbit Versa. You can check out the list of the current compatible devices on this article. If your mobile device is not there, it doesn't mean that you won't be able to sync, but we won't be able to guarantee that everything will work as intended.

Our team is constantly adding new devices to the list. At the moment, there is no information about the new devices that will be added to the list but once any information be available it will be communicated as soon as possible.

I would recommend following our troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing or set up issues.
