I noticed mid-day that my Versa 2 would not turn on. I tried resetting and charging it to no avail when I noticed condensation in the sensors. I am extremely upset as this is supposed to be waterproof. Please help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Briannaswift. I'm sorry to hear your Versa 2 has condensation inside.

 

Versa series are water-resistant to 50 meters. Please follow advise of help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
