Condensation in Versa

Wanted to let everyone know that my versa ended up having all of it's issues due to condensation getting in it while swimming. So if you have been swimming with your versa and are having issues please check it for condensation as that may be your issue.

Fitbit is sending me a replacement in the next couple weeks once they get my broken one and "investigate". I was very happy that they are replacing it but sad at the amount of time it will take to get my replacement. After sending photos with the claim number while on the phone with Customer Service... showing that I have a covered issue once they see my versa hit the mail I think the replacement should be sent out. That is discouraging.

So for now I wear my old garmin and wait.

Hello @SMKEEN

I just started wearing my Versa.

This is really sad news.

I have run into the same issue. What has been your outcome?

My second Versa died after just 15 minutes in a pool not over 4' deep.
