Condensation on sensor

I'm having difficulty with my versa as well. I showered with it twice this week for the first time ever, never swimming. Occasionally high sweat workouts. Worked fine right out of the shower. It was fully charged a few hours before and at about 85% battery when I noticed it had opened the alarms on its own. I didn't think much of it until the screen wouldn't turn on a few minutes later. This is when I noticed condensation by the sensors. I attempted to restart the Fitbit as well as charge it, to no avail. This is so sad for me, since I purchased this one specifically due to its water resistance.

@moldam welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on and the sensors show condensation. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please dry the contacts of your Versa with a cotton swab. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I followed the steps from the article after attempting to dry it further, to no avail. I also attempted to follow the restart process again which did not work. Anything else I can try?
