Connect Versa Lite

I am unable to connect my new Versa Lite to my account. It will find the device and will accept the code from the device but then loses the connection. I have also tried to connect on my android phone and Kindle but in both these devices when you select the Versa lite to connect it returns straight to the dashboard.

Hi @Cyncars . Which model phone are you trying to connect? The Kindle is definitely not on the list of supported devices. You can tap here to see if your phone is compatible.
