- Forget the earbuds in your phone's bluetooth settings.
- Remove the earbuds from Versa's bluetooth settings according to the instructions here and reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
- Put your earbuds in the pairing mode (according to your earbuds' manual) and follow these instructions to pair them with Versa.
