Hello dear 

my flyer pair to my I phone 

but it was not pair to my Fitbit Versa

@rula_alnazer197 Please try this:

 

  1. Forget the earbuds in your phone's bluetooth settings.
  2. Remove the earbuds from Versa's bluetooth settings according to the instructions here and reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  3. Put your earbuds in the pairing mode (according to your earbuds' manual) and follow these instructions to pair them with Versa.
