I cannot get the Versa to connect to my Wi-Fi even though I am sitting next to the router.  I cannot get the bluetooth to work.  It connects with versa classic one time, and then it won't stay connected.  I am very frustrated as these items should be simple to complete.  Thank you for any help.

I am having the same problem.  Have followed all instructions.  Have manually logged off and on for bluetooth and wifi--through the app and manually-and still it won't pair.  Help!

I am having the same problem it keeps telling me I have to pair my Versa with Bluetooth very frustrated ready to start using my Alta again.
