Go to your phone app and on the dashboard screen tap on the upper right corner icon which should bring you to the device list. Scroll down and tap on add a new device and select Versa. Follow the instructions to link the Versa to your account. When done you can start wearing your Versa.
Note that you can keep both devices and switch back and forth as needed. If you want to remove the Charge HR then first sync to get all the data from the Charge HR then go to the list again and remove the Charge HR from the list.
